Thank you for shopping with Love, Margot! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Timeframes + Rates: 

DOMESTIC (Australia) 

Free Standard Shipping on all orders. 

Free express shipping on orders over $250.

  • Optional Express Shipping: $15 AUD 1-4 business days 

  • Standard Shipping: 2 - 8 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (TRACKED)

New Zealand: Australia Post International (Tracked)

  • Flat Rate: $18 AUD (Dispatch: 1-3 business days, Estimated delivery 6-10 business days). 

United States: Australia Post International (Tracked)

  • International: $30 AUD ( Dispatch 1-3 business days, Estimated delivery 7-16 business days)

United Kingdom & Europe: Australia Post International

  • International: $35 AUD (Dispatch 1-3 business days, Estimated delivery 7-16 business days)

Scandinavian Countries (Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands)

  • International: $40 AUD (Dispatch 1-3 business days, Estimated delivery 9-18 business days)

Pre Order Timeframes

  • Pre orders are dispatched within 4- 6 weeks from the date the pre order opens, unless otherwise stated.
  • The estimated dispatch time will always be clearly outlined on the product page. 
  • These dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays beyond our control. 

Orders containing Pre Order & In stock Items

  • If your order contains both pre order and in stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre order item is ready. 
  • This means your in stock items will be held until your pre order item is available. 
  • To receive in stock items sooner, we strongly recommend placing two seperate orders:
    • One for pre order items 
    • One for in stock items 

Pre Order changes, cancellations & refunds

  • Once a pre order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by Australian Consumer Law. 
  • Pre orders are considered a final sale commitment to the product run. 

Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns (International Orders)

Due to the high cost of international return shipping, all international orders are final sale unless deemed faulty. 

Tracking

All orders shipped with full tracking, and you will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Processing Times

All orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding public holidays and peak sales periods.
