Affiliate Terms

Welcome to Margot’s Angels, the official affiliate program of Love Margot. By joining, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions designed to maintain creative consistency, brand integrity, and mutual success.


Program Overview 

As a Margot’s Angel, you’ll earn 10% commission on all sales over $55 AUD through your unique affiliate link or code and gain access to:

  • Exclusive product gifts and early access drops

  • Event invitations and community activations

  • Personal brand growth opportunities through Love Margot features

  • Direct support from our creative and social teams

 

Eligibility

To join, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older (or have guardian consent if under 18)

  • Maintain a public and active social media presence (Instagram and/or TikTok)

  • Align with Love Margot’s brand values: confidence, authenticity, community, and kindness

  • Reside in a region where Love Margot ships

Love Margot reserves the right to accept or decline applicants based on brand alignment, engagement rate, and content quality.

Content & Posting Requirements

Posting Frequency

To remain active in the program, each Angel must:

  • Publish a minimum of four (4) dedicated posts per month on Instagram or TikTok featuring Love Margot products or styled outfits.

  • Share at least two (2) reels or TikToks per month that creatively highlight Love Margot’s aesthetic, product details, or campaign themes.

  • Post weekly stories (minimum two per week) showcasing Love Margot. Examples include unboxings, behind the scenes moments, styling tips, outfit transitions, or event coverage.

  • Tag @lovemargot__on Instagram, @love.margot on TikTok and use #MargotsAngels and #LoveMargot in all posts where applicable. 

  • Follow any specific campaign posting dates when participating in a launch or activation.

Creative Alignment

All content must:

  • Adhere to the creative brief provided 

  • Reflect Love Margot’s visual and verbal identity (timeless, romantic, confident, feminine, and community focused). 

  • Appeal to Love Margot’s target audience; Gen Z and Millennial women aged 18–35 who value connection, style, and self expression.

  • Maintain Love Margot’s language and tone: warm, inclusive, aspirational, yet relatable.

  • Be of high quality (clear lighting, thoughtful styling, clean backgrounds, cohesive editing).

Content Integrity

  • All content must be original and created by the Angel (no reposted or AI generated content unless approved).

  • Explicit, discriminatory, political, or competitor linked content is strictly prohibited.

  • Captions should authentically share your experience, not rely solely on sales driven language.

 

Brand Representation

By joining Margot’s Angels, you represent Love Margot. You agree to:

  • Maintain a professional and positive online presence.

  • Avoid promoting direct competitor brands while active, unless approved.

  • Use only approved claims and messaging about Love Margot products.

  • Obtain written approval before using Love Margot logos, campaign imagery, or design assets outside of provided materials.

 

Commission Structure

  • You’ll earn 10% commission on all qualifying net sales (excluding discounts, shipping, and returns).

  • Payments are processed immediately, in AUD, via bank transfer.

  • Fraudulent activity or self purchases are grounds for immediate removal and commission forfeiture.


 

Gifts, PR & Events

Affiliates will receive complimentary products each launch, exclusive event invitations and may receive exclusive samples to test and review prior to production.

By accepting, you consent to Love Margot resharing your content. Love Margot will always credit creators when reposting or featuring their content on brand owned channels.

Affiliates are encouraged to provide honest feedback and share opinions on new samples, which Love Margot values as part of our co creation process.

Outstanding contributors may be invited for paid collaborations, campaign features, or event partnerships.

 

Non Compliance

Failure to meet posting frequency or creative alignment standards may result in:

  • Reduced campaign participation or gifting privileges

  • Suspension from the affiliate program

  • Removal after two consecutive months of inactivity or non compliance

 

Termination

Love Margot may suspend or terminate participation if an Angel:

  • Produces off brand or inappropriate content

  • Fails to meet creative or posting obligations

  • Engages in conduct that negatively impacts Love Margot’s reputation

Affiliates may opt out at any time by providing written notice.

 

Intellectual Property

All Love Margot assets, including visuals, text, and design elements, remain the property of Love Margot.

Angels are granted a limited, non exclusive license to use approved materials solely for program purposes.

By participating, Angels grant Love Margot permission to reuse tagged or submitted content across its marketing channels, with full credit to the creator with perpetuity rights.

Confidentiality

Campaign information, product previews, and brand strategies shared with you are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed or leaked.

 

 

Program Modifications

Love Margot reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or affiliate portal.

By participating in Margot’s Angels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
